The tech opens a branded job ticket with a full-screen QR ready to show the customer. The tenant or store manager scans with their phone camera, reviews the job, and signs on a branded page. You get a timestamped Proof of Completion instantly and can share it with your property-owner clients.

Does the tenant or store manager need to download an app?

No. Scanning the QR opens a standard mobile web page in their browser. There are no logins, no apps, and no accounts to create. Every job ticket also includes an 8-character backup code they can type in if scanning fails.

Can I share the signed record with my property-owner clients?

Yes. Every completed sign-off has a branded Proof of Completion page with your logo, the signer's typed signature, rating, comment, timestamp, and full work details. Share the link, print to PDF, or export as image. You can also export all sign-offs as CSV for owner reports or accounting.

We work with many different contractors. Does this handle that?

Yes. Every vendor you use is saved to your personal vendor directory with their phone and trade. Autocomplete surfaces past vendors as you type, so Joe's Plumbing never becomes three different records. Each vendor's job history and usage count builds up over time.

The sign-off page lets the customer mark the job as needing attention instead of approving it. Their comments, rating, and timestamp are captured, and you are notified in your dashboard immediately so you can follow up with the technician.

Is the QR sign-off legally defensible?

Each sign-off captures the signer's typed name as a legal signature, a timestamp, IP address, and device info, along with the exact work order details that were shown to them at the time of sign-off. Records are immutable once signed and can be exported as PDF or image.
