What if the customer’s camera can’t read the QR?
Every job ticket includes an 8-character backup code. The customer can type it in at workordersignoff.com/sign to open the same sign-off page.
Can I share the signed-off record with my property-owner clients?

We work with dozens of vendors. Will this get messy?
No. When you type a vendor name, we autocomplete from your saved vendor directory — with their phone number and trade. New vendors are added on the fly and their usage history builds up over time.
How do I keep the dashboard clean as jobs pile up?
Search across work order number, vendor, property, signer, and description. Archive finished jobs with one tap (they’re never deleted — restore anytime). Toggle between Active and Archived views, and export either set as CSV.
What happens if the job wasn’t done right?
The sign-off page lets the customer mark the work as needing attention instead of approving it, with an optional comment and rating. You’re notified in your dashboard immediately.
Is the sign-off legally defensible?
