WorkOrderSignOff turns the last step of a maintenance job — getting a tenant or store manager to confirm the work is done — into a 30-second QR scan. It replaces emailed approvals, paper sign-off sheets, and follow-up phone calls with a timestamped, audit-ready record that includes the signer's typed legal signature, IP address, device, rating, and the exact work details at the moment of sign-off.

## Core flow

1. Manager opens the dashboard and generates a sign-off with a work order number. Vendor, property, and description are optional and autocomplete from a saved vendor directory.
2. One tap opens the phone's share sheet. The job ticket URL is sent to the technician via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
3. The technician opens the branded job ticket on their phone — full-screen QR plus work details — and shows it to the tenant or store manager on site.
4. The customer scans with their phone camera (or types the backup code) and signs on a branded page. They can rate the work, add a comment, or flag it as needing attention instead of approving.
5. The manager receives a timestamped Proof of Completion. It can be shared with property owners, printed to PDF, exported as image, or archived. CSV export supports owner reports and audits.
